This month we are celebrating – FATHER’S DAY, JUNETEENTH, and the official start to SUMMER! We are excited to embrace the sunny days and endless adventures that await us!

Father’s Day is a time to express our gratitude, love, and admiration for all the wonderful dads, uncles, grandfathers, and other role models who go above and beyond to support and nurture their children. We have included several fun activities (Page 2) to help celebrate this Father’s Day.

Summer also means more time spent outdoors and in the sun!

Remember, the best way to protect infants (under 6 months) from the sun is to keep them out of direct sunlight. For children 6 months and older, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends a sunscreen with a minimum SPF 15.
